Pradyuman murder case: ‘Ryan Pinto may be involved in conspiracy’

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has made prima facie assertions that Ryan Augustine Pinto, chief executive officer (CEO) of Ryan group of Institution, may be involved in the in abetment or in a conspiracy behind the murder of seven-year-old student Pradyuman.

According to media reports, the CBI said in Punjab and Haryana Court on Saturday that “Possibility of him ( Ryan Pinto ) being member of the conspiracy behind murder of master Pradyumn in the washroom of Ryan International school, Bhondi, Gurugram on September 8 and its abetment, destruction of the evidence by him cannot be ruled out.”

Damage and removal of evidence cannot be disregarded, said CBI, according to media reports.

CBI strongly opposed the anticipatory bail plea filed by Ryan Pinto: In which he has pleaded that he not part of the managing committee of the school neither, with the Ryan International School in Bhondsi, Gurugram.

The CBI has submitted before the court that has that as per the school magazine, Ryan Pinto is the CEO of the Ryan Group of Institutions and all schools are working under his control. “Prima facie, the careless attitude of the management has aided to the murder of the Pradyumn.”

On September 8, a seven-year-old Pradyuman was found dead with his throat-slit in a washroom, of the Ryan International School in Bhondsi area on Sohna Road in Gurugram district, moments after being dropped at the school by his father.

Gurgaon police had arrested the one of the school bus conductor, Ashok Kumar, in connection with the murder case. The post-mortem report of seven-year-old Pradyuman has ruled out sexual assault.
