Crediting Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the development of Uttar Pradesh, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday laid the foundation stone of 206 development projects worth Rs 3,666 crore in the state.
He said 20 flyovers have been approved for the capital city of the state, out of which 12 have already been made.
“…By the end of April, two flyovers at Munshi Pulia and Khurramnagar will be completed. Just yesterday, 6,300 people from Lucknow and surrounding areas got appointment letters in the employment fair at the Skill Mahotsav in Lucknow,” he said.
The minister said the people of Uttar Pradesh would not have imagined that the BrahMos missile would be made on the state soil. “This work will also be completed very soon. Our neighbour Mohanlalganj is also moving forward step by step,” he said.
He added that the world class agency Knight Frank studied the activities of economic progress and published quarterly reports on various aspects. The reports included Lucknow in the top 10 cities with the highest growth rate in terms of urban land value in the world.
