Northern Army Commander Lt General Upendra Dwivedi, on Tuesday, visited forward areas of Eastern Ladakh and took stock of the situation at the Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China.
Lt. General Dwivedi reached Ladakh on Monday on a four-day tour.
The Northern Army Commander participated in the International Yoga Day celebration and practiced yoga on the banks of Pangong Lake.
The Lt General is here to review operational preparedness, training, and progress of induction of modern weapon systems, equipment and logistics assets. He interacted with troops and commended their 24×7 vigilance and operational preparedness.
