Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik alleging that both have entered into partnership to run the State.

About 30 industrialists and billionaires from outside have come here to loot Odisha, Gandhi alleged in Rourkela steel town mwhile addressing a massive gathering on the second day of Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra at Panposh.

”While 30 lakh Odia youths have migrated to other states in search of work and are languishing in hunger, these industrialists loot the state. This is the state of affairs of Odisha, ” he said.

CM Patnaik and Prime Minister Modi have entered into partnership to run the government in Odisha, he said. ”I have seen it (camaraderie) in Parliament. It is only the Congress which is fighting against the BJD-BJP” Gandhi stressed.

”Congress is fighting here. Thirty lakh people have migrated from Odisha and toiling as labourers in the rest of the country. They are hungry as the Odisha government is not doing its work,” he alleged.

The BJP and RSS were spreading hatred in the country and it was causing damage to the country, he further alleged.

”So, we all have to open ‘Mohabbat Ki Dukan’ (shop of love) in the prevailing ‘nafrat ka Bazaar’ (market of hatred),” he said.

He said last year, they undertook a 4,000 km-long Bharat Joda Yatra from Kashmir to Kanyakumari against the hate spread in the country.

”People asked us why the yatra was only for South to North, why not East to West. That’s why the Yatra for Manipur to Maharashtra – Bharat Joda Nyaya Yatra was commenced,” he added.
