Union Minister for Science and Technology Harsh Vardhan on Wednesday said that India and South Africa will be “exploring avenues” to boost co-operation between the two nations in fields ranging from bio-diversity to space research.
“I’m on a visit to South Africa to participate in the celebration of 20 years of science and technology cooperation between India and South Africa,” tweeted the minister who also handles the Earth Sciences, Environment, Forests and Climate Change portfolios.
“I’ll also be exploring further avenues of mutual co-operation between the two nations in areas varying from Bio-diversity to Space research,” he added.
