Glory of Treta Yuga has descended in Ayodhya & visible everywhere : CM Yogi

Elated after the consecration of Ram Lalla idol in the Ram Janmabhoomi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath claimed on Monday that the glory of Treta Yuga has descended in Ayodhya and is visible everywhere.

“This religious city is being established as the ‘cultural capital of the world’. The whole world is witnessing the divine and grand Ayodhya,” he said.

The CM said,”Shri Ram Janmabhoomi may have been the first such unique case in the world, in which the majority community of a nation had to fight for so many years and at so many levels for the construction of a temple at the birthplace of their idol in their own country.”

Addressing guests including sants after the consecration ceremony, near the Ram temple, Adityanath said after a long gap of 500 years, on this long-awaited occasion, the feelings in the heart are such that no words can express them.

”The mind is emotional and overwhelmed with emotions. Surely you all must be feeling the same? On this historic and extremely sacred occasion, every city and every village of India is Ayodhya Dham. The name of Ram is in every mind. Every eye is wet with tears of joy and satisfaction. Every tongue is chanting Ram-Ram. The whole nation is happy with Ram. It seems that we have arrived in Treta Yuga.”

He said every section of the society including ascetics, sants, priests, Nagas, Nihangs, intellectuals, politicians and common people rose above caste, ideology and method of worship and sacrificed themselves for the cause of Lord Ram.

” Finally, today that auspicious occasion has come when the sacrifice and penance of millions of Sanatani believers got fulfilled. Today there is also satisfaction that the temple has been built exactly where it was resolved to be built.”

The CM also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and congratulated him for the accomplishment of his resolve to build a temple and fulfill naion’s dreams.

He said, “In the turmoil of thoughts and emotions, I am remembering the virtues of the revered sants and my Guru tradition. Today his soul must be feeling immense satisfaction and joy, here I pay my utmost respect to the sacred memory of the generations who have sacrificed their lives in Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mukti Yagya.”

” Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mukti Mahayagya was not only a period of test of eternal faith and belief, but it also proved successful in awakening the collective consciousness of the nation to bind the entire India in the thread of unity,” he added.

Adityanath claimed the whole world is admiring the glory of Ayodhya. Everyone is eager to come here, he added.

“The planned and fast pace at which Ayodhyapuri is developing today, would not have been possible without the determination, willpower and foresight of the Prime Minister. Till a few years ago, it was unimaginable that there would be an airport in Ayodhya or there would be a 4-lane road within the city. A cruise will run in Saryu Ji. The lost dignity of Ayodhya will return. But friends! All this dream is coming true due to the efforts of the double engine government. Thousands of crores of rupees are being spent for revitalisation in the form of “Cultural Ayodhya, Ayushman Ayodhya, Clean Ayodhya, Saksham Ayodhya, Picturesque Ayodhya, Accessible Ayodhya, Divya Ayodhya and Grand Ayodhya”.

He said ”the new Ayodhya was moving towards becoming a major centre for Sanatan believers, sants, tourists, researchers and curious people from all over the world. This is not the development of a city or pilgrimage; it is the victory of the faith. This is the victory of public faith and trust. India’s pride has been restored. The divine lamp festival of Ayodhya is becoming the cultural identity of the new India and the consecration ceremony of Shri Ramlala has proved to be a harmonious expression of the ‘cultural conscience of India’.”

The CM said construction of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple is a spiritual right of India, it is the national temple. ”Of course! The consecration of Shri Ram Lalla deity is a historic occasion of national pride.”

During the consecration ceremony of Shri Ram Lalla, Chief Minister Adityanath showcased exceptional hosting skills, ensuring a seamless and well-organised event. He personally welcomed guests and meticulously inspected all temple preparations.

The guests, in addition to witnessing this historic event, expressed their satisfaction with the hospitality provided by the Yogi government.
