CM Yogi likely to expand his ministry tomorrow

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is expected to expand his Ministry tomorrow.

According to sources, the expansion is likely to be held at Raj Bhawan at around 5 PM. This will be the first expansion of the Yogi-2 Government.

The number of new ministers could be around 5. Omprakash Rajbhar of SBSP, MLC Dara Singh Chauhan of BJP and some RLD legislators could get the ministerial berths.

However, there is no official confirmation from Raj Bhawan yet. But the would-be ministers have been asked to stay in Lucknow tomorrow.

The UP Ministry has 52 members including the Chief Minister and could include 8 more ministers.

The Council of Ministers has 18 Cabinet Ministers including the Chief Minister, 14 Ministers of State (Independent Charge) and 20 Ministers of State.
