Unidentified persons allegedly broke into the office of BJP MLA Om Prakash Sharma in the National Capital on Saturday night and fled with two television sets, a police official said on Monday.
A senior police official said a case has been registered in connection with the alleged break-in at the office of the BJP MLA from Vishwas Nagar in east Delhi and an investigation is underway.
“Police team is scanning CCTV footage from the area to identify the culprits,” the official said.
It was the third time that the BJP MLA’s office was targeted by thieves in the past few years. The last break-in was reported in January 2017.
