The Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCS Airport) has been recognized with ‘Level 1’ mapping by the Airports Council International’s (ACI) Airport Customer Experience Accreditation for meeting ever-evolving customer expectations.
Being the busiest airport of Uttar Pradesh, CCSIA was awarded the international certificate for its continuous efforts to improve customer experience.
Speaking on the achievement, CCSIA Spokesperson said here on Tuesday that Lucknow airport with its passenger-centric approach, pursues excellence while creating a safe, secure, and efficient airport ecosystem.
With an aim of “Passenger first” philosophy, CCSIA is committed to providing passengers with a seamless travel experience at Lucknow. We are glad to receive the ‘Level 1’ ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation for our efforts in understanding customer’s needs on priority basis and establishing a structure to satisfy their expectations, satisfaction, comments, and complaints.”
The spokesperson further added: “Over the last one-year, CCSIA implemented various passenger centric initiatives for receiving Complaint, Suggestion and Compliments through email, airport website, AirSewa portal, CPGRAMS and social media.
He said that the complaints, suggestions and compliments were responded to in a timely manner and were implemented at the airport on an immediate basis. The Lucknow Airport team also interacts and communicates with customers on a daily basis and collects their feedback and compliments through feedback cards, as well.
