For instance, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Twitter, Indeed and so on help a recruiter to seek out candidates. Social networking also helps in reaching out to a larger audience faster with respect to the traditional hiring system. You have an access to larger pools of candidates and a better connect with the job aspirants. Moreover, you are not geographically limited either, reason being, the talent seeker can search domestically, even internationally with the help of social connect.
Review and improve the process: A golden rule to follow- there is never a “set it and forget it”method. You need to keep on reviewing, to enhance the capabilities. Especially with a hiring process where the workplace is in a constant state of change, it should reflect that. Hence it is important to consistently collect candidate feedback and put it on review mode. Systemise your own feedback process through surveys and questionnaires to measure the candidate’s experience. Use this information to write policies and improve the overall experience.
