Shah Rukh Khan’s forthcoming film Zero, directed by Anand L Rai, is one of the most awaited films of the year. The superstar playing a vertically challenged man, to the hit numbers, a lot about the venture has raised the expectations of the audience. And one thing that people are especially looking forward to is late actress Sridevi’s special appearance.
Shah Rukh Khan opened up about her appearance in the film and how he feels about it. Speaking to Zoom TV, the Dilwale actor initially clarified that it wouldn’t be a long sequence but “it’s a privilege to have had her in the film”.
SRK revisited the memories when he started his acting career with The Army (1996), in which he shared the screen with Sridevi.
“We wish she was alive and it would’ve been nicer. And now that you have mentioned it, I am just thinking, if we have a trial for the film, she would’ve been the first person, I would’ve called,” he added.
The audience will also witness a cameo from other Bollywood actresses — Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, and Kajol.
Zero is produced by Gauri Khan and stars Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh Khan. The Aanand L. Rai directorial is all set to release on 21st December 2018.
