Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has finally spoken about the Kathua rape case. The actor finds it “terrible” to even mention about the rape and murder of an 8-year-old girl in Jammu and Kashmir.

During the song launch of his upcoming film 102 Not Out on Thursday, Amitabh Bachchan, who is vocal on girl child rights, was asked to comment on the outrage over the heinous crime.

To this Big B replied, “Is vishay par charcha karne pe mujhe ghin aa rahi hai. Is vishay ko maat uchchalo. (I am disgusted to talk about this issue. Don’t raise this issue). It’s terrible to think about.”

Bollywood celebrities have been voicing their concern over the rape cases and crimes against women. Actress Alia Bhatt recently expressed her views on the Kathua rape case and said, “It is a very disgraceful, shameful and terrible incident that has happened. As a girl, as a woman, as an individual, as a resident of this country, I feel very bad and hurt that something like this has happened.”
