Actor Sushant Singh made an attempt to reach out to the “right people” to seek help for her sister suffering from a neurological disorder. On Saturday, the Savdhaan India host took to Twitter to appeal to people to suggest doctors or hospitals offering remedies for CIPD (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy).
“This is an appeal, friends. My younger sister Sofiya has been diagnosed with CIDP. An auto-immune disorder, the only treatment of steroids and immuno-suppressants, isn’t working. Trying to find any new breakthrough, please RT and help us reach out to the right people,” his tweet read.

The actor’s followers and fans were quick to respond to his appeal and suggested names of several doctors and hospitals providing treatment for CIPD. Many also quoted studies and researches being done on the subject.
Sushant replied to most of the useful tweets posted in response to his appeal and thanked people for the “good references”.
