Bollywood actor Salman Khan has responded to the Twitter backlash the trailer of his upcoming multi-starrer film Race 3 has been receiving. After the trailer was released earlier this month, memes taking hilarious takes on the movie have flooded the social media. First, it was Daisy Shah’s ‘our business…’ and then Salman Khan’s ‘Selfish’ song became the butt of all jokes.

Salman Khan dismissed all criticism by saying comments by people with “one or two” followers did not qualify as “trolling”.

The actor was present at the launch of the new season of Dus Ka Dum on Monday when he was asked about the buzz around Race 3.

Salman first said, “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” and then counter-questioned: “Are you trolling it? You know who is trolling it?”

When the journalist said “a lot of people” in reply to his question, Salman said, “Those guys with one follower or two followers? That’s trolling? Who’s controlling that trolling, you know? No? How sad. So, when guys with one, two, three, four followers troll, it’s not trolling.”

Khan was in a witty mood as he also makes a remark on the response to the song “Selfish”, penned by him. He chose a musical way to respond to a reporter and joked: “This song is also written by me. It hasn’t been released. It will be released soon and then get trolled.”
