Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt’s forthcoming film Gully Boy is garnering a lot of buzz, and the makers of the film dropped another song, Mere Gully Mein, on Tuesday.

The latest track, Mere Gully Mein, has become an anthem among the audience. Composed by Mumbai-based rappers Divine and Neazy, the rap track is sung by Ranveer Singh. The song earned 5 lakh views within an hour and the lead actor, Ranveer Singh, couldn’t control his excitement and happiness over the success of the song.

A video has been circulating on the internet in which Simmba star Ranveer Singh is seen rapping to his track with fans outside a dubbing studio with full passion and enthusiasm. Here is the video.

The video of the song, Mere Gully Mein, features Ranveer Singh and Siddhant Chaturvedi as they rap away on the narrow alleys of Mumbai’s Dharavi slums. The grand music launch event of the film is scheduled to be held on January 24.
