Arunachalam was a resident of Coimbatore, an illiterate man who proved to be a real-life superhero and invented the machine to produce sanitary pads at a low cost.

This society was found in 1823 and since then many famous speakers and leaders have been part of it. The list includes the Dalai Lama, Shashi Tharoor, Michael Jackson, Salman Rushdie, Malala Yousafzai and Morgan Freeman.

Twinkle Khanna will be talking about the tabooed topic, menstruation and the problems faced regarding it globally. PadMan will be the first Indian Film to be presented in the Oxford Union.
