Singer John Legend has postponed his shows in America due to illness.
The 38-year-old musician took to Twitter to post an apology, in which he informed his fans and followers about the unfortunate change in plans and regretted the convenience caused to them.
“To all my fans in DC/Maryland/Virginia/ and Philadelphia/South Jersey I want to personally apologise. I've gotten sick and need a few days to recover and rest my voice. We will be postponing the shows at Merriweather Post Pavilion and BB&T Pavilion in Camden,” Legend's message read.
The “All of Me” singer added the new dates would be announced soon.
Legend, however, is still expected to perform in New London, Connecticut, on Friday and two other shows at Madison Square Garden in New York City next week.
He is currently on his world tour to promote his album 'Darkness and Light', accompanied by his wife model Chrissy Teigen and 14-month-old daughter, Luna.
