Actors Kriti Sanon and Arjun Kapoor have always given their best in every performance they have given and have always gone the extra mile for the role they play. But they had not yet been paired opposite each other till now.
Kriti Sanon and Arjun Kapoor are going to share the silver screen for the first time in Ashutosh Gowariker’s high octane drama Panipat.

They are taking a step forward in acting by learning horse-riding. Arjun Kapoor took to his Twitter handle on Sunday (May 6) and shared a picture with director Ashutosh and president of the Amateur Riders Club. The caption read: “Had quite a Sunday morning, started my horse riding sessions for Panipat today… Thank you to the President of Amateur Riders Club, Suresh Tapuriah for the guidance and for making me meet this absolute beauty of a horse, Shaka Zulu! @AshGowariker #Panipat”

Though Arjun Kapoor was busy with his cousin Sonam Kapoor’s wedding, he made sure he took time out for the horse riding lessons.

Kriti Sanon too shared a photograph on Tuesday (May 8) in which she is seen posing alongside a magnificent looking brown horse, wearing a helmet and all set for her ride. She captioned the picture: “So good to be back with this beauty! Horse riding sessions start again with Suresh Sir and Amateur Riders Club. This time for Panipat.”

Before Panipat, Kriti Sanon took horse riding lessons for her film Raabta alongside Sushant Singh Rajput.
The story of her latest film revolves around the third battle of Panipat. Arjun will be seen playing the role of Maratha leader Sadashivrao Bhau for which he has also taken training for speaking Marathi. Kriti will play the role of Sadashivrao’s second wife Parvatibai. She will also start preparing for sword-fighting to gear up the role.
The film also casts Sanjay Dutt in the lead role. Panipat is scheduled to hit the theatres on December 6, 2019.
