Kim Da Mi, Shin Ye Eun, and Heo Nam Jun to lead ‘A Hundred Memories’

‘Our Beloved Summer’ actress Kim Da Mi, ‘Revenge of Others’ actress Shin Ye Eun and ‘Your Honour’ actor Heo Nam Jun are coming together for a heartfelt drama. The tantalising cast is enough to make waves as fans now await further details about the endearing drama, ‘A Hundred Memories.’

The slated drama, ‘A Hundred Memories’ is a nostalgic 80s-style romance drama. It focuses on the lives of three youths who find their lives interconnected. The story follows a bus conductor Young Rye, her bond with Jong Hee, and their shared first love, Jae Pil. The drama will chronicle the bildungsroman narrative of the trio. It promises to brim with joy, laughter, empathy, and endearing emotions while exuding a sense of nostalgia. Kim Sang Ho, the director of the hit drama ‘Thirty-Nine’ will helm the title. On the other hand, Yang Hee Seung, the writer behind ‘Crash Course in Romance’ will pen the series.


In the drama, Kim Da Mi stars as Go Young Rye. She is a hardworking bus conductor on Cheong Ah Transport’s 100 route. Even though she struggles with constant motion sickness, Young Rye takes the bus every day to support her mother. She aims to pursue her dream of going to college and fulfilling her role as the dedicated eldest daughter. On the surface, she comes across as calm and sensitive, however, she also has a fierce side.

Shin Ye Eun plays Seo Jong Hee. She is charismatic and also a bus conductor at Cheong Ah Transport. She is brimming with an energetic and lively vibe and has natural charm. Jong Hee is chirpy, bold, confident, and stands out in a crowd. She hopes to escape a challenging domestic life and she finds peace at Cheong Ah Transport. At the station, she meets Young Rye and the two contrasting personalities develop a deep bond.

Meanwhile, Heo Nam Jun essays the role of Han Jae Pil. He is the first love of both Young Rye and Jong Hee. He is the heir of a department store president and has no dearth of wealth or good looks. His personality and face card earn him the nickname “prince charming.” Despite being born with a silver spoon, he is burdened with deep emotional pain as he navigates a rocky phase in his life.

As per the JTBC announcement, the drama aims to be relevant among generations of viewers. They want “to create a series that resonates with both older generations who lived through that era and today’s youth, offering moments of laughter and tears.”
