Katrina Kaif has had her own fair share of ups and downs in a career spanning more than a decade now and the actor is seriously giving a thought to pen down her journey in a book.
Katrina made her debut in 2004 with Boom, a film which was heavily panned for its bad acting and storyline. Katrina was on the verge of leaving Bollywood after making a disaster debut in Boom.
But the actor made a comeback with successful films like Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, Namastey London, Maine Pyaar Kyon Kiya, Singh is Kinng, Race and New York.
Katrina further went on to star in some of the highest grossing films of all time like Ek Tha Tiger, Dhoom 3, Bang Bang and Tiger Zinda Hai, which established herself as one of the leading actors of commercial cinema.
And now the actor believes that sometime in the future, she will ‘seriously’ write a book about her journey in the Tinsel Town.
“You need to have a balanced attitude to life, need to accept that failures, hardships and hard times — for me definitely — they are the biggest teachers. They (failures) are the biggest steps. Once you get there, then you reach higher. You need them. Hardship and failures taught me to evolve and reach the next step,” Katrina told PTI.
“I educated myself (about the industry) but I might write a book (on it), so I won’t waste the answer now. I seriously might write a book,” the actor added.
On the work front, Katrina will be next seen with her Jab Tak Hai Jaan co-stars Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in the film Zero, which is all set to release on December 22.
