Maverick director Imtiaz Ali’s marvelous creation Highway completes 4 years on Wednesday. Starring Alia Bhatt and Randeep Hooda, the film was released in 2014 with a concept not everyone could understand. The actors and the director uploaded some rare pictures from the sets of the film, remembering their journey.
Randeep Hooda, who featured in a pivotal role in Highway, captioned the picture: “This picture for me embodies the essence of the souls that lived on together forever… the haves and have-nots are equal under the sun even if only in the shadows cast by its kisses #4yearsofHighway @aliaa08 #ImtiazAli.”

Making us aware of the Stockholm syndrome, the director gave us an amazing story to reminisce. Alia Bhatt’s character develops this syndrome and gets attached to her kidnapper. With a bitter ending, Imtiaz Ali made us witness a subtle and undying story of Veera.
