Dilip Kumar unwell, admitted to Lilavati hospital in Mumbai

Veteran actor Dilip Kumar has been admitted to Lilavati hospital in Mumbai after he complained of uneasiness due to chest infection.

His friend Faisal Farooqui posted health updates  on twitter and wished him a speedy recovery.

“Saab has been admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital as he was bit uneasy due to a chest infection. He is recuperating. Requesting your duas and prayers,” he tweeted from Dilip Kumar’s Twitter handle.

 

He later posted updates from his own handle saying, “Dilip Kumar has been admitted to Lilavati after he complained of breathlessness. Due to advance age, Saab has been routinely visiting the hospital for overall health care and health management.”

 

“Allah is kind that he has blessed Dilip Kumar Saab with such wonderful friends, family, well wishers and the prayers of millions of people all over the world,” he added.

 

Dilip Kumar is remembered for his classics such as “Kohinoor”, “Mughal-e-Azam”, “Shakti”, “Naya Daur” and “Ram Aur Shyam”.
