The first look of the upcoming film on Prime Minister Narendra Modi is out. Actor Vivek Anand Oberoi is playing the titular role in the film titled PM Narendra Modi, the first poster of which was released in several languages on Monday.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis unveiled the poster of PM Narendra Modi in Mumbai. Speaking on the occasion, Fadnavis said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji’s personality is one that is extremely special. I believe the Prime Minister’s true personality will come through this film.”
The film, which will be directed by Omung Kumar and produced by Sandip Ssingh, is supposed to go on the floors in mid-January.
“We have been working on this project for the past three years and it is an unbelievable honour to make the biopic of one of the greatest Indian leaders and a man who is an icon for millions. We will be going on the floors in a week’s time. The film will be shot in all those locations which were significant to Modi Ji’s life,” said Sandip Ssingh.
PM Narendra Modi will be shot in locations across the country. Omung Kumar, Sandip Ssingh and Vivekanand Oberoi will be doing some recce in the weeks to come. The first schedule of the film is expected to start in a fortnight’s time.
The film will show the journey of Narendra Damodar Modi from his humble beginnings to his years as the chief minister of Gujarat and finally his landmark election as the Prime Minister of India.
