Actor Sikandar Kher, who is set to appear in the concluding chapter of the third season of ‘Aarya,’ has opened up about a chilling incident from the sets of the crime thriller drama.
Kher, portraying the character of Daulat in the popular web series, reflected, “Shooting for the climax of ‘Aarya Antim Vaar’ was quite captivating. Ram was helming the climax, and we had erected shamianas for the shoot. Ram, being not only very considerate but also remarkably sharp, arranged the shamiana to aid with lighting and offer comfort to the actors amidst scorching heat, keeping everything open. With limited time on hand, Ram aimed to swiftly wrap up a significant portion while ensuring everyone’s ease.”
He continued, “I vividly recall a nerve-racking incident during our time in Rajasthan with Ram Madhvani and Amita Madhvani. Ram received a distressing call from the art director informing us that one of the shamianas had been swept up into the air—a truly frightening moment with the potential for injuries. There was this particular day during rehearsals on location when, right before my eyes, a shamiana, anchored down with iron, soared into the air due to strong winds. It was quite a surreal moment. As you’ll notice while watching the show, the shamianas weren’t utilized due to the associated risks.”
Recently, the much-anticipated trailer of the web series was unveiled.
Taking to Instagram, streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar treated fans with the trailer and captioned it, “Ek aakhri baar, Sherni karegi ek antim vaar. #HotstarSpecials #Aarya Season 3 – Antim Vaar – streaming from Feb 9th. #AaryaS3OnHotstar.”
