Aamir Khan, the versatile Bollywood actor known for his diverse roles, recently expressed his openness to exploring romantic films once again.
At a recent conference, when questioned about the possibility of venturing into the romantic genre, Khan responded with a light-hearted tone, saying, “Agar romantic kahani hogi toh zarur” (If there’s a romantic story, definitely).
However, he emphasized the importance of the role being suitable for his age, stating, “Iss age mein romance thora uncommon hota hai” (Romance is a little uncommon at my age).
The actor further elaborated on his stance, highlighting that he is willing to take on roles from various genres but with a caveat – they should be age-appropriate. He humorously remarked, “Har genre karna chahunga. Par age-wise thora suitable hona chahiye” (I would like to explore every genre. But, it’s important that I suit the age of the character).
Aamir Khan made it clear that he is not keen on portraying characters drastically younger than his actual age, saying, “Suddenly main 18 ho gaya ho woh nahi karna chahunga” (If there’s a role that suddenly requires me to look 18, I don’t want to do that).
