The National Zoological Park on Wednesday introduced pram services for those visiting the zoo with infants and toddlers.

Around 10 prams will now be available at the main gate of the zoo and the visitors can use them free of cost, a zoo official said.

Zoo director Renu Singh said the park management had noticed that it was difficult for the parents visiting the zoo to carry their infants.

“So we decided to introduce the pram services. It is one more step towards making the people comfortable during their visit to the zoo,” she said.
