A frail appearing Manohar Parrikar on Thursday presented the state budget in Goa Assembly, almost a week after he was hospitalised to a pancreas-related ailment.
Parrikar was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital on February 15 and after being treated for a week, returned to Goa on Thursday morning.
The Goa Chief Minister landed at Dabolim International Airport at around 11.40 am, and headed for his residence.
He then reached the state assembly at around 2 pm and tabled the budget.
Parrikar was rushed to the Lilavati hospital after he complained of food poisoning.
The Chief Minister’s Office has maintained that he was suffering from a pancreas-related ailment.
