Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will launch the new Plot and Property Management System on 29 January, that would have user-friendly features wherein an allottee can avail different services provided by estate offices online through a web portal.
An official spokesperson said on Friday that the new system would be launched in HUDA complex, Panchkula. He said in the first phase services like transfer permission letter (in case of allottee, GPA, family, death, will, court decree), re-allotment letter, mortgage permission, de-mortgage permission, building plan approval, surrender of application (e-Auction) would be covered for residential and commercial properties. The remaining services would be available in the next two months.
The new system would ensure quick, hassle free and transparent services without visiting the concerned estate office during the submission of application. The allottee would have to visit the estate office as per his online appointment schedule only once for biometric attendance and capturing of photograph, he added. The spokesperson further stated the digitally signed approval documents would be available on the user ID of the allottee in the downloadable format. The entire process would be completed in four working days from the date of submission of the application.
The business process hierarchies and timelines have been re-defined to ensure the quick delivery of services. The property files are digitised and the access of electronic files is also provided on the online account of the allottee.
The allottees are also advised to update the password and other property details like e-mail ID, Aadhaar linked mobile number and payments for quick and safe transactions. In case of missing data in the online property account, the allottee would have to approach the helpdesk of the respective office with valid original documents for the updating of data in their property account, he added.
