Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a crucial meeting on the Delhi law and order situation on Friday. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and top Delhi police officials attended the meeting.
Home Minister Shah chaired the meeting, which was also attended by the Delhi CM, Delhi Home Minister Ashish Sood, and senior officers from the Delhi government.
This is the first meeting since Rekha Gupta took charge as Delhi Chief Minister.
The meeting was held with a focus on women’s safety, crime, and illegal residents in the national capital.
Besides, the Union Home Secretary and IB Chief, along with senior officers from the Ministry of Home Affairs, joined the meeting.
