Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari on Tuesday claimed that people of the country and Delhi witnessed good governance of the Central Government while Kejriwal Government provided bad governance last week.

Addressing a press conference here, Tiwari said, “during the last one week the people of the country and Delhi have on the one hand seen example of good governance of Central Government due to the sensitivity and prompt action in the SSC case and on the other, due to its confrontation with the chief secretary and other officers, the bad governance of Kejriwal government has been proved beyond doubt once again.”

Tiwari explained how on 2 March on the occasion of Holi one witnessed agitation by SSC candidates on television. He said he felt disturbed and immediately went to meet the agitating students to listened to them and understand their complaints.

The people of Delhi and the country have seen that how the Union Government and the BJP took immediate cognizance of the complaints of the candidates in the case of SSC exam, talked to them, understood their problems and accepted their demand for a CBI inquiry.

Similarly, whenever any dispute arose during the last four years the Union Government had ordered a high-level inquiry, h claimed.

Contrary to that, Arvind Kejriwal government of Delhi indulged in politics of confrontation on every issue due to which the development and day-to-day administration of Delhi had come to a standstill, he alleged.

Even after being given suggestions in the case of assault on chief secretary Anshu Prakash, Arvind Kejriwal Government aggravated confrontation with officers and tried to make the issue a case of breach of privilege.

After the case reached court, the comments of judges established how the Kejriwal Government violated the administrative and constitutional process, Tiwari remarked.
