Delhi BJP organises programmes to listen to PM’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’


The BJP organised programmes at various places across the national capital on Sunday for leaders and party to workers to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the episode of his Mann Ki Baat.

The programme was a big draw with the workers and the leaders of the Delhi unit of the BJP turning at the venues in large numbers attend the 109th episode of the monthly radio broadcast.

Even senior leaders of the saffron party too participated in the programme.

BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda joined the party’s Delhi unit President Virendra Sachdeva and Union Minister of State for Culture Meenakshi Lekhi in listening the to the Prime Minister in the New Delhi parliamentary constituency here.

Sachdeva noted that PM Modi discussed women empowerment and development of sports in Mann Ki Baat, which, he said, is very important for all of us.

“We saw an amazing side of the Modi Government in its determination to ensure women empowerment in the parade on 26th January when the women contingents of Central Security Forces and Delhi Police started marching and at the same time we felt proud to see the women’s band playing,’’ he further said.

BJP’s National Vice-President Baijayant Jay Panda listened to prime minister’s Maan Ki Baat message at R K Puram along with local residents.

BJP National Secretary Alka Gurjar listened to the monthly programme organised in Rohini along with hundreds of workers including party MLA Vijendra Gupta and Corporation Councilor Smita Kaushik.
