The Delhi unit of the Congress party took a swipe at the BJP and Aam Aadmi Party in connection with desealing issue. He wondered how both the parties suddenly woke up to “illegal” sealing of non-polluting household industries after the Delhi Congress took up the issue through ‘Nyay Yudh’ 22 days ago. The Congress asked where were BJP and AAP till now.

Former Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Arvinder Singh Lovely, ex-Minister Haroon Yusuf, senior leader and convener of ‘Nyay Yudh’ agitation Mukesh Sharma said that in a joint statement at a press conference here on Monday. Party’s chief spokesperson Sharmistha Mukherjee and senior leader Chattar Singh were also present.

Arvinder Singh Lovely claimed that both the BJP and Aam Aadmi Party got rattled by the overwhelming support received by Nyay Yudh.

He said the BJP-led government at the Centre and the AAP government in Delhi had failed to come up with a legal solution to stop sealing in Delhi to give relief to lakhs of people. Rather instead of solving the matter, leaders of both the parties were indulging in dramas.

Lovely and Yusuf said the municipal corporations in Delhi were “hubs of corruption”, and even Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari admitted that the civic bodies were “deep in corruption”. The Congress leaders asked the Centre and the Lt Governor to dissolve the corporations.
