Kerala DHSE plus 2 Physics paper ‘leaked’ on WhatsApp, case registered

A case has been registered by the Kerala Cyber Crime Police after reports emerged saying that second-year higher secondary plus two physics question paper was leaked and circulated on WhatsApp.

As per Manormanews.com, the question paper was leaked on WhatsApp on Wednesday, on the same day the exam was conducted by the  Kerala Department of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE).

As per the Indian Express news report, the Higher Secondary Education director K Sudhir Babu has said if it is proved that the paper was leaked, they will cancel the physics exam. The decision in this regard will be taken today and accordingly, fresh dates will be announced.

The alleged leak was highlighted after Thrissure district coordinator of the DHSE received the Physics question papers on WhatsApp a day before the exam.

A complaint was registered after the Thrissure district co-ordinator of the exam received images of the question paper through WhatsApp.

The question paper shared on WhatsApp was found to be  similar to those of model exam paper conducted by some private coaching centre from Malabar region.
