Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) seems to have postponed the declaration of its class 10 results 2017 yet again. The Class 10 results 2017, which was earlier expected to be out on 2 June could now be announced on 3 June, reports suggests.
The CBSE, however, has not yet issued any official notification confirming the same. The result would be declared anytime on the official websites of CBSE, cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in.
In 2016, the CBSE Class 10 result was out on 28 May. However, this year, the results have been delayed following the order of the Delhi High Court asking the Board to evaluate its grace marks policy. CBSE announced the Class 12 results on 28 May after the Court ruled that the Board would have to continue with the moderation policy.
The moderation policy allows students to earn grace marks for difficult questions.
Over 17 lakh students appeared for the CBSE class 10 exam, held between 9 March to 10 April.
