The Singur Mahamaya High School is celebrating its 125 years and on the occasion was present ministers Beccharam Manna, Indranil Sen, Haripal MLA Dr Karabi Manna and other dignitaries.
The celebrations started from 2 February with cultural and awareness programmes and educational exhibition.
Both the ministers interacted with the students and took part in the celebration. Indranil Sen even sang songs with the students.
Later, students will be felicitated for their excellent performances at the higher classes. On 12 February, the grand get together will take place, where renowned singer Srikanta Acharya will present a musical evening.
