The Recruiting Office-Headquarters Lucknow has started dispatch of Agniveer Batches to 39 different Training Centres across the country. Around 285 candidates have been dispatched so far, a central command statement here said.
These are the first Agniveer Batches from 13 districts of Uttar Pradesh under RO (HQ)  Lucknow, namely, Lucknow, Gonda, Unnao, Barabanki, Kannauj, Auraiya, Chitrakoot, Banda, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Fatehpur, Kanpur Dehat and Kanpur.
All the candidates are highly motivated and enthusiastic to enter a new phase of their lives with the Indian Army. Agniveers will be despatched from Lucknow for the next six days as per dispatch schedule.
From the Recruiting Year 2023-24 onwards there will be a transformational change by putting Pan India Online CEE as the first stage of the recruitment process for the Indian Army. The pan India registration and application process for the same has already commenced from February 16, 2023 and will conclude on 15 Mar 2023.
The pan India Online CEE is likely to commence from 17 April 23 for Recruiting Year 2023-24.
