After massive win, Shinde silent on who will be next Maha CM
Maharashtra Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde on Saturday thanked voters for the landslide Mahayuti victory during the 2024 Maharashtra assembly elections.

Incarcerated former media baron Peter Mukerjea has reportedly agreed to divorce his wife Indrani Mukerjea, the prime accused in the Sheena Bora murder case.
The 64-year-old media honcho, who too is an accused in the murder case, agreed to sign the divorce notice sent to him by Indrani a month ago.
As per media reports, both sides have agreed to settle the differences and will file for a divorce by mutual consent before the family court in Bandra.

The divorce procedure may take some time as both are in jail, a lawyer representing Indrani Mukerjea in the murder told the media outside a Mumbai court.
“We have received a reply through registered post from Peter’s lawyer and they have agreed to divorce by mutual consent,” said Indrani Mukerjea’s legal team.

The killing came to light in August 2015 when Mukerjeas’ former driver Shyamvar Rai spilled the beans when he was arrested in another case.
