The proposed changes came into play after an independent tribunal found some aspects of the APT rules to be unlawful following Manchester City’s lawsuit.

It looks like Jurgen Klopp has gone for a full-strength 4-3-3, with Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino all starting up top.
Georginio Wijnaldum, Jordan Henderson and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain feature in midfield while Robert Karius lines up behind a four-man defence of Andy Robertson, Virgil van Dijk, Dejan Lovren and Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Bournemouth are lining up in a 4-4-1- system, with veteran striker Jermain Defoe leading the line even as Joshua King starts just behind him.
Jordon Ibe, Dan Gosling, Lewis Cook and Ryan Fraser are the Cherries’ midfielders while Charlie Daniels, Nathan Ake, Steve Cook and Simon Francis complete a four-man backline in front of custodian Asmir Begovic.
After their thrilling win over Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League, the Reds will be high on confidence as they welcome a Cherries side that have little to play for.
Eddie Howe’s men are just two points short of the 40-point mark, which signifies safety, and are very much the underdogs but will be hoping their fancied opponents will still be feeling the after-effects of their European exploits as they seek to get themselves a massive scalp.
Liverpool: Karius, Alexander-Arnold, van Dijk, Lovren, Robertson, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Henderson (C), Wijnaldum, Salah, Mane and Firmino.
Bournemouth: Begovic, Daniels, Ake, Steve Cook, Francis, Ibe, Gosling, Lewis Cook, Fraser, King and Defoe.
Match kicks off at 17.30 GMT/2200 IST.
